Year 2 stepped back in time on Thursday when we re-enacted a medieval siege on Warwick Castle. We imagined what it would be like to be caught between the huge iron portcullises and to charge up the spiral staircase. We also saw what it would be like to be a soldier protecting the castle walls and an archer, aiming our arrows through the arrow slits. We had a fantastic day and we all agreed that the birds of prey display was amazing!
