Parent Voice - Accessibility Plan

In line with the Equality Act 2010, Wodensfield Primary School has to have an Accessibility Plan in place to ensure that no child, parent/guardian or visitor to the School is treated less favourably than others should they have a disability, a medical concerns, or an additional learning need.

We want to ensure that the Accessibility Plan includes the views of all people involved with the School whether it be parents, guardians, children, teachers or governors. With this in mind, I would be grateful if you would take the time to answer the questionnaire below, even if you have no requirements. The information provided will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

If you have difficulty completing this questionnaire but wish your views to be known then please contact Mr Gould for further guidance and advice.

Thank you in anticipation.
