This week was Children's Mental Health Week and the theme was 'Express Yourself'. It was all about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, and doing activities that make you feel good.
We think all of Year 4 are amazing, and Tyler and Julienne told us all the things that make them special.
Anaya wrote a fantastic list of all the things that she is grateful for. What are you grateful for?
In school, the children thought about how they express their feelings and why it's important before creating a short video. They even included some role play and their own pieces of writing.
The children attending live lessons were challenged to 'dress to express' on Friday and it was great seeing everyone's efforts!
I hope you've been inspired to express yourself this week.
