Before your child’s first day at Wodensfield, please make sure all required documents are completed and returned to us. This is essential to ensure your child is accurately entered onto our system and that parents start receiving important messages straight away. Completing these forms promptly helps us keep you informed and makes your child’s transition smooth and stress-free.

If your child has a medical or dietary need, further forms need to be completed prior to their start. A copy of any medical evidence provided from a professional would be greatly appreciated, in order to best support your child during their time at school.
