Our Governors

The Governing Body of our school is made up of parent governors, staff governors, co-opted governors and a governor appointed by the Local Authority.

Governor Diversity
At Wodensfield Primary School, we recognise the value of a governing board that reflects and understands the diverse community we serve. Governors are invited to provide diversity information on a voluntary basis. This information is collected and reviewed by the governing board to support effective recruitment, succession planning and decision-making. The governing board respects the right of individual governors not to disclose personal information. As the board is relatively small, publishing diversity data could risk identifying individual governors. Therefore, in line with data protection principles, the governing board has chosen not to publish detailed diversity information at this time. The governing board remains committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of its work.
