Today 3HW identified the speech in an extract from their 'Whole Class Reading' book, Sulwe. They worked in partners to then use the speech to perform the extract in front of their classmates. We had great fun and enjoyed watching the performances that showed feeling and thoughts about the characters we have studied.

3HW had great fun this afternoon exploring different emotions and how the body reacts to different feelings. We discussed how body language can be read to understand how people are feeling. We then in pairs made different freezes to express a feeling and played a game called 'Guess the Emotion'. Here are a few of our freeze frames - can you guess the emotion?

3HW have been looking at how we are all different in our PSHE lessons. We have talked about how we should respect each other and treat others as we want to be treated ourselves. We have also looked at how we are all the same and that we all belong to 3HW at Wodensfield Primary. To finish our lesson we designed our own fish and made a big classroom display.
