Well done to all of our wonderful writers (masquerading as elves!) for this half term. They all received a special certificate and personalised, golden pencil. We’re proud of their efforts and all of our wonderful writers.

Choir attended Sing4Xmas this week - a city event held by Wolverhampton Music Services at St John's Church in Wolverhampton. They joined with a number of schools to sing many festive songs and even performed their own piece in front of a large audience. Many of our children and staff got to perform in some of the songs with other children and teachers, and great fun was had by all. Our Year 5 and 6 pupils filled the hall with festive cheer during their carol concerts today. From classic carols to modern pop songs, they truly captured the spirit of the season. Year 5 have been busy elves this week: planning, designing, making and refining Christmas tree decorations. There have been some tricky skills to master, but resilience and determination have resulted in some fabulous designs!
