Adoption@Heart's Family Patchwork Quilt
We are excited to share that Wodensfield Primary School took part in the Adoption@Heart Countdown Quilt Project ! The quilt has now been revealed online – you can view it here: https://www.adoptionatheart.org.uk/countdown/quilt.html The physical quilt will be displayed at the Wolverhampton Fringe Festival on 28th, 29th and 30th November at The Asylum Art Gallery. This is a wonderful opportunity for the children who contributed to see their patch in real life! More detail

3HW - Science
3HW had a super Science lesson investigating which surfaces created the most/least friction. We tested 6 different surfaces and recorded our results in a chart. We made predictions and also concluded what we had found out.

A Huge Thank You From School Council

Year 3 - Bronze Age Britain
Year 3 have been studying Prehistory since September and are currently finding out about Bronze Age Britain and the Beaker People. They have enjoyed making their own beaker using clay.

Wodensfield's Wonderful Writers
It was a pleasure to recognise the achievements of some of our writers in today's Wonderful Writers' assembly. Each child won a special gold pencil and a certificate for their efforts. Well done to all of our wonderful writers, including our winners.

Year 3 Swimming

Harvest Festival
Today, our school came together to celebrate the Harvest Festival with joy and gratitude. Year 6 led the way by exploring the word HARVEST, spelling out meaningful words such as heart, starve, have and earth- reminding us all of the deeper messages behind the season. A big thank you to Mrs Ireson, who beautifully organised the display of generous donations from our school community. Year 3 - Black Hole Mobile Planetarium
