Reception F ice cream treat
Today we had the lovely treat of an ice cream van visiting school to celebrate the hard work of all the children, in particular the Year children completing their SATs 6. We very much enjoyed the treat and luckily the sun was out long enough for us to enjoy them outdoors :)

Year 6 SATs Celebration
Our Year 6 pupils have celebrated the end of their SATs in style this week! After working incredibly hard, they enjoyed a well-deserved treat with a visit from the ice cream van, followed by a special celebration lunch with friends. To top it all off, the hall was transformed for a very memorable “snow day” — with a flurry of past papers flying through the air! (Don’t worry… we did tidy it all up afterwards! 😄) We are so proud of the effort, resilience and determination sh

3HW Whole Class Reading
3HW completed their 'Whole Class Read' text yesterday - Fantastic Mr Fox by Roald Dahl. They have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Yesterday, they worked with a partner to find evidence from the text to support the view that Mr Fox was fantastic. Later in the same lesson, they used the text to support the view that Mr Fox was not fantastic. During the week they will form their own opinion and evidence it with points from the text. Well done 3HW you worked hard on this!

Year 3 Assembly
We are so proud of our youngest KS2 children, who today performed their Year 3 Assembly to their parents/carers. They were fantastic. They shared their Year 3 journey with the audience, shared pictures from throughout the year and sang songs that they had learnt in their Music sessions. They were amazing!

Year 1 Design Technology
The children were very creative when designing their own ‘Animal hand puppets’. They had to decide on the best method to join their materials together, which was either glue, pins or staples. I’m sure you will agree they all did a fantastic job.
