The whole school enjoyed a special assembly to mark the end of our school’s 90th year. We welcomed some very special guests who have played a huge part over the years in creating and maintaining our school values. Former teachers, pupils and Head Teacher Mrs Harriman came along and shared their favourite memories of being a part of the Wodensfield family and we learned a lot about our school’s history from local historian, Mr Fellows. Children from Year 1 to Year 6 shared some of their favourite moments from their time so far at Wodensfield and the whole school came together to sing many school songs as well as the classic song “Flash, bang, wallop (What a picture)” adapted by our very own Miss Wright.
Year 2 were very keen to write a letter to the class of 2032/33 which will be put in a time capsule to be opened in our centennial year!
