Last year, two teams of children from Year 6 took part in F1 in schools. They designed and manufactured a model car to race against other schools, and created a video presentation about the process. The regional finals were held on the 6th October and both teams achieved great success. One team (Gaming Gorillas) won best portfolio and the other (Cursed Cats and Dangerous Dogs) won best verbal presentation. Finally, Cursed Cats and Dangerous Dogs came in second place and Gaming Gorillas were regional champions!
